Prefab is not usually associated with luxury, but this modern Minneapolis home shows the contrary. Kaywin Feldman, the director of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, and her husband, Jim Lutz, moved from their custom built house to a pre-manufactured one that reflected their personal taste for modern design. Candace Jackson on the Wall Street Journal’s Lunch Break gives a tour of the prefab home that is neither small nor boring at 2,900 square feet with the price tag of about $460,000.
