Money Magazine recently published its list of the best places to live in America. Three towns in the evergreen state made the top 25.
- Mukilteo (#9) is located on Puget Sound and has a population of 20,300. The town boasts good schools, a ferry terminal, a public golf course, Rose Hill Community Center (29,000 square feet of community meeting space), and a historic park located right on the Sound.
- Sammamish (#15), with a population of 46,700, is located near ski resorts and several high-tech employers like Microsoft, Amazon, and Boeing.
- The former coal-mining town of Newcastle (#18) now has a population of 10,200. Residents and visitors enjoy a 350-acre golf course, 12 parks, and Cougar Mountain Wildlife Park (3,110 acres of trees and trails).
When it comes to quality of life, Washington continues to shine.
